When you place your order with us, we review it and put it through for processing.  If we notice missing information or notice any issues, we will contact you for further information. Otherwise orders will be shipped within 7 days of order.


Your payment is taken as you place your order so you will always be charged at the rate advertised when ordering.

Products may be withdrawn for sale from this website at any stage without prior notification.  We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.  All prices on this website are in Euro, and that is what will be debited from your debit / credit card.  If you are purchasing using a non-Euro debit or credit card, the relevant exchange rate is applied by your bank and not by Gloss.


Quality Concerns

We take great pride in the quality and condition of our products and they should reach you in the best possible condition. If you aren’t happy, please email us straight away at shopatgloss@gmail.com and we will do our best to put it right.

Likewise if the Gloss box has been damaged during delivery, please email us immediately and if possible email us pictures. Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods passes to you, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away. Nor can we accept any responsibility for quality deterioration due to the following delivery problems:

  1. Incorrect addresses
  2. Unopened parcels
  3. Delayed deliveries due to weather problems.
  4. Gifts to recipients who have gone away or are unable to receive parcels.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on Dermalogica products returned for any reason. Please consult us via our contact information prior to any returns 

Refund for Skin Responses

In the event that you experience a skin response to any Dermalogica product please contact us to discuss as soon as possible.

To assist us in processing your refund please provide the following information with your return:

date of purchase
detail of skin response
how soon after using product did the response happen
batch number of product


All orders placed online are subject to a delivery charge between €6-10 to anywhere on the Island of Ireland.

We use AnPost & couriers for delivery in Ireland which is DPD courier. Delivery takes place 1-2 days after dispatch. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO COVID SOMETIMES OUR COURIER SERVICE IS SLIGHTLY LONGER.

Orders are dispatched next day if stock is available or up to 7 days from order.

Please ensure that the delivery address you give is one where there is someone to accept day-time deliveries.

You will receive an email letting you know that the delivery has been dispatched from Gloss and you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery to ensure you can accept it.

In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we cannot be responsible for any delivery delays.


We accept payment online by credit card /visa Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. We never see any of the card number ourselves.

Payment is taken as you place your order and if the payment does not authorise successfully, your order will not be successfully processed. Please check that you receive not only a confirmation of your order but also a confirmation of your payment by email. If you have not received one of these, your order may not be placed successfully
